Just as good as the Marc Jacobs flats preferred by Rachel, Urban Outfitters sell wallet friendly dainty flats like their red 'Encinitas Crisscross Skimmer'; a peep toe style for $38, or the 'Dolce Vita Stripped Skimmer' available in cherry, blueberry or black at $49. Easily paired with a simple cotton tee (available anywhere from Target to Gap), or a billowy top, a la Chlo, Rachel often adds a touch of flirty 70's flower-power style to her casual jean look. However, to go casual yet add a touch more femininity, a dress paired with flats can be just as acceptable for a trip to the local Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, should the paparazzi catch you on the off chance!
