The rain comes and rain goes
when a storm comes weathermen usually have a hard time predicting it. I mean it is hard to put an exact watch on something so chaotic. I never been a fan of storms. My grandmother use to always tell me "That rain can come and go but boy look out for the storm." Then I had to be still and quiet as a mouse as if by moving I will break the concentration of this chaotic force. What does one do though when an internal storm comes up within? I am pretty sure the being still and quiet is a little hard to do when you are awaiting for something inside you to blow over. Frustrating isn't it you have this chaotic mess going on with your body, mind and soul and all you can do is wait until it passes over. In a ordinary storm outside nature finds a way afterward to pick up where it left off. i mean the trees and grass recovers from the harsh wind blowing and lightning striking. The animals in nature go on and it is as if somehow they all knew it was going to be okay after the storm passed. I would take my cue from them. Unexpected things happen just like storms in your life but if you can grasp onto the idea it will be alright, then the rest will work itself out. Storms are crazy whether outside in nature or within yourself, that does not mean you have to be crazy with it. My advice is let the storm be the storm and you can always come out tossed but not turned.Remember the rain comes and goes, but boy the storm look at it go. Soon the storm will be gone.
