The key to great customer service "through empowering the staff"

The saying goes like this; a prosperous business is the one that is made up of open and viable customer service; created by a good trained company staff, and nice business standard.

Practically, in every business set up the customer is always right and his satisfaction should be paramount without which the business can collapse, within few years of set-up.

So for the company to obtain a great customer service equilibrium the company must as a matter of necessity empower the staff to attained an organized training with sharp and salient techniques which gives the staff good working experience and exposition optimum result.

Bonus should be given to the staff to motivate him to serve the customer.

Allowances: transport allowance, housing allowance, education allowance etc should be given to staffs to empower them.

Sometimes, commission sales made from various potential customers / turnover should be given to staff to revive him to work hard.

Incentives on the part of the staff include good remuneration and leave etc. and awards in terms of long service.

Appraisal should be adopted in the company to the staffs.

Variety of products and of good quality and creating of awareness and publicity on new business measures that is in vogue are added advantages.

Samples of the company's product should be assigned to the customer for advert.

T- shirts and calendars made on the company's name containing the company's products should also be given to the staff.

When the staff is happy, he will work effectively and efficiently for the growth of the company.
