I can only share one of the many, many stories I have of how God has provided for me and my family. Even in my biggest dreams, I would not have come up with the life and loves he has brought to me. Every step of the way during our 28 years of marriage and our 25 years of parenting He has walked with us guiding us and providing for us in every way imaginable. When I was diagnosed with a triplet pregnancy, he showed us over and over again that he was watching out for us, clearing the path for us. God drew us to join a church shortly before I found out I was pregnant; He knew we would need lots of extra helping hands and He was providing for us ahead of time! This special group of people circled around us and loved us through the whole process; from volunteers coming forward for services we didn't even yet know we would need to designing and building a new crib system in the nursery so there would be enough room for all the babies. We had a special friend who agreed to organize volunteers so we had dinners for 5 months, help with house cleaning for 6 months and help with the babies when I came home from the hospital for 6 weeks. These same wonderful people gave us a church shower where we opened gifts for almost 2 hours. We had only recently joined that church! God was using all of these people to help us! It opened our hearts, and minds to understand the depth of His love. Often, before we even knew we had a need, He had already taken care of it. Shortly after we arrived home, a huge-semi pulled in front of our house; it seems our pediatrician had arranged for a years supply of formula! Unfortunately, my three could not drink this type, but still God provided. I made arrangements for a local store to let me exchange a case or two each week for formula they could drink. It actually worked out in my favor; since the manager insisted on giving me dollar for dollar store credit I was often able to buy diapers! I could go on and on; this is just one of the seasons when God has provided for us. Once God said to me "Come to me, just as you are" and I did; It has been the best thing I will ever do.
