Two Minute Chocolate souffle!

No You didn't read wrong and You don't need to be an experienced cook to try this out! This chocolate soufle really takes just a few minutes to make and it tastes absolutely divine.

OK so what you need is:
One cup of Chocolate Chips (either dark or milk chocolate)
One cup of White Sugar
Two cups of piping hot Milk
One Egg
A table spoon of Vanilla essence or Kahlua

The simplest instructions:

Put all the chocolate chips into a blender, and make sure they are well blended.
Then add the sugar and blend again till both the chocolate and sugar are mixed well.

The next few steps should be done whilst the contents are blending, but if Your blender does not allow it don't stress too much!)
OK now add the egg to the contents and blend well.
Now add the piping hot milk (the heat from the milk cooks the egg while it is being blended. So don't worry you won't be eating a raw egg for dessert!)

Next add the Vanilla essence or Kahlua and blend once more.
Pour well blended contents into desired mold (I always like using tea cups or tiny dessert bowls) and refrigerate for half an hour till it sets.

Voila! Now sit back and enjoy smooth, creamy chocolate souffle. Trust me if I can make this so can You!
