Through the ages, mankind has searched for the perfect beauty. As a result the 21st. century has many do's and don't's beauty rules. From head to toe, the woman runs the risk of being ostracized from society if she breaks these elusive rules.

1. Hair Never ever have dirty unkempt hair. Hair should always be clean, in good condition, freshly colored, with no roots showing and trimmed, with no split-ends.

2. Hygiene Never ever smell. This includes underarms, bad breath, sweaty head, feet, private places and the anal area. A daily bath is a must. If you cannot bathe the use a warm soapy washcloth and wash all that's possible, then wash the impossible.

3. Fitness Weak, flabby, sagging muscles cannot be hidden beneath lovely clothing. A good healthy diet, low in fat and daily exercise are a must to maintain good beauty.

4. Posture Poor posture adds pounds, and give the impression you don't care about yourself, or have poor self-esteem. Be aware of the message your posture sends.

5. Offensive habits Swearing, cussing, drunkenness, smoking, and picking your nose can ruin the most beautiful person. Dirty language says you cannot express yourself in a better way and that you are uneducated. Being drunk in public is a defendant no, no. Smoking causes wrinkles and ages the face, not to mention the health risks. Socially unacceptable behavior is always out of place.

6. Clothing Should never ever be too revealing, too tight, or not cover your underwear. Choose clothes that fit well. If you have to hold your breath to zip the zipper, it's too tight. If you see rolls around the mid-drift then it's too revealing. Avoid trendy clothing, because they'll be hanging in your closet next year.

7. Teeth and breath never, ever eat garlic, curry and other dragon breath foods. Brush teeth after meals and visit the dental hygienist twice a year. Yellow teeth reveal your age, have the teeth bleached as you age.

8. Nails Never, ever have dirt under the nails or chipped polish. Talons or poorly manicured nails are a real fashion transgression. Nails should be well trimmed, clean and manicured.

9. Sun Deep tans are out. The sun cause wrinkles, ages the skin and could cause cancer. Artificial tans are just that, artificial looking. Skin should be moisturized twice daily. Drink lots of water to add internal moisture. Wear sunscreen.

10. Face Never ever wear heavy make-up, heavy eyeliner or smeared lipstick. Match foundation to skin tone. Blushers should be light and follow the natural contour of the cheeks. Brushed lashes with two or three layers of mascara, avoid getting mascara on the lids

Fashions come and go. Ideas for the perfect beauty change with every generation. But there is one thing that never changes, and speaks louder than any fashion dictate and that is the expression on your face. Smile.
