If OJ Simpson isn't guilty of theft then pigs really can fly. He clearly was a part of a hostile and violent takeover in order to steal memorabilia that he did not have legal ownership of. OJ can be heard yelling and threatening the victim in this circumstance. A gun was used in this crime as well which makes this armed robbery. The only reason for anybody backing OJ in this situation is that their names are Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson both supposed reverends.

If OJ is not put in prison for his actions then who will be held responsible when this dangerous free man kills or seriously hurts someone else. It is like letting a rapist or sex offender roam free. The tape of the incident in question was not doctored and shows clearcut proof of a sociopathic madman who enjoys bullying people around. This was an organized and well thought out crime on behalf of OJ Simpson. Because of the pre-meditation and organized nature of this act coupled with the fact that it was successfully carried out makes Mr. OJ Simpson guilty of armed robbery.

OJ should receive around 8 years in jail for this crime and if he wiggles out of yet another guilty verdict then either our justice system needs a serious adjustment or OJ Simpson is Houdini reincarnated. Lets do the right thing and send OJ to prison for these violent actions. God knows if Joe Average committed this crime we would receive substantial prison time despite the color of our skin.
