I have an XBox 360 with a gold membership to XBox Live and I wouldn't have it any other way. I can play all my shooters such as: Halo 2, Halo 3 and Battlefield 1942 and I can also play the genre I love the BEST: RPG's! I play Fable, Two Worlds and Oblivion. I have more games than that but those are the main games I play.

In my opinion the XBox 360 is much better because it is cheaper, it looks better since you can customize it more and the games are better for it to. With all the complications that Sony had trying to release the Playstation 3 it made me not want to buy it. The ONLY reason I would have bought a Playstation 3 is because I LOVE the Final Fantasy series and would only buy the console for those games. The XBox 360 allows the user not only the ability to play single player games but it allows the gamer to track how well he or she is doing against people around the world. One of the main points is that it has an arcade feature which they have used to release older games that appeal to the older gamers as well as some newer gamers. The arcade feature also allows new games to be created by small companies or individuals so that their games are more widely spread throughout the world rather than having an extremely limited release.

XBox Live allows you to share photos and keep in touch with your friends with a smooth interface with Playstation 3 is lacking. I also love the fact that if you are and XBox 360 owner and you have XBox Live, Microsoft host game nights that if you participate you could win some cash or prizes. they also give you the ability to play with famous people such as actors and actresses and music stars as well as sports stars, so you have a chance to interact with people who would normally be out of range for the normal person.

It also incorporates the ability for the XBox 360 owner to rent movies through the live system as well as TV shows for some Microsoft Points, which can be purchased using your credit card for varying amounts. there are also exclusive trailers and interviews that are available for free. The XBox 360 uses a Camera for XBox Live so that not only can you play with someone on the other side of the country or world you can actually see who you are playing against, which in my opinion is very cool. The Xbox 360 is a more well-rounded console and offers fun for the whole family that is why it is the better console!
