It took some convincing, but i took a step back to finally conceive your true colors. Please believe that if i could rewind time all you could see was your vibrancy. As time fell upon you, your vibrant glow faded into utter darkness.

It's painful to think of how you once were amongst my dearest friends. Maybe I changed you; secrets I'm sure you'll never tell and can always defend. it's this new you with not a care in the world; this new you I wish I never had to see. Your lies so manipulating and your eyes are empty. I'm sorry I have no faith left to give you. Sometimes you need to know when to let go.

I can't hold onto all of your pain, not anymore. I have my own always with me, and I know you don't want my pity. That's why I'm taking a step away from that door; if opened I would do what I always do, waist all my energy on feeling sorry for you. Wearing thin on my emotions when a thousand times a day, I have to convince you that life is worth holding onto. It gets old. I'm moving on, no need for conversation my decisions made,I'm gone.

You never needed me this is what you asked for the day you started deceiving me. You don't have to forget my name, but no longer will you hear my voice. The thought saddens me but I'll leave you with this..At least I try, it's ironic you've become everything you hate. You were the one that let hope die. fatally flawed but she chose her fate. Her memory I will miss.
