So, you're the next Donald Trump aren't you? Maybe the next Oprah Winfrey? You're going to be swimming in money. That's...after you pay for your house...and car...and the huge bundle of Lacoste clothing you bought yesterday. Oh, and that flat screen television wasn't a gift, was it? I didn't think so!
As you sit at the end of the month trying to figure out how you're going to pay for everything you 'must' have, your beloved spouse walks in to the room with a few brand new appliances and some 'things' for the home. Your eyes bulge and you want scream as loud as you can. You want to run and never stop running, you want to tear your hair out! Any of this sounding familiar?
After taking out yet another loan, you decide to draw up a strict budget (for the umpteenth time) and adhere to it as you want to be rich. You convince yourself: "This time it will work!". You make it through the next month comfortably, all the bills have been paid on time, no stress, no grief. Then, you think to yourself: "I've been well-behaved for this month, if I could do it for this month then, I can do it every month!".
You decide to 'splash' a little and you take your spouse to the most expensive restaurant in the town. Thereafter, you go window-shopping in the cities most famous mall. You see something you like and you can't hold yourself back. You have to have it, the price, well the price means nothing and window-shopping becomes a full-fledged shopping expedition. What happened to the budget? "Well, it was just an idea", you say to yourself.

Isn't this the cycle of our lives? We all want to be rich, but we don't want to work for it, we just want to sit on our behinds in front of the television with a huge bowl of popcorn on our laps and wait for the money to walk through the door or fall through the ceiling. Ah, it's a sad, sad life, I tell you, a sad life.
