Games have a lot to play in the life of children. What type of game should parents allow their children to play and why? Games like adventure games are one of the most important games parents should allow their children to play because those are games that have an objective and interesting aims. When a child plays this type of game, it enables the child to know why he or she is playing and what he can get at the end of the game. Games that have got to do with fighting, shooting and sex should be banned from children. Why some people ask? I will like to explain why with this little example of a child whose father was a Police officer and his father bought him only games that had to do with shooting and revenge. This child became so adapted to this game that whenever a friend hurt him he will say;"i will take my revenge". Why? This because all the time he plays he reaches at a level were it is time for the heroes that is the players he is playing with to fight a final battle. One day, his friends called him to join them in playing. His father had forgotten his gun at home so this child went to his father's bedroom and took this gun for he wanted to be like the player he used in his game and won. When they started playing, he pulled the trigger at one of his friends and this killed that his friend. You see how the shooting game this child always played made him to be so adapted in shooting that he decided to illustrate on one of his friends and ended up killing that friend and his father had to suffer for it. It is just a pity but it was the fault of the father for he did not give the child what could give him some moral lessons or an ambition of becoming somebody important in future. I also know of some games that have made children to become robbers for all the game talked about was how to rob and kill. Let parents buy adventure games for it will give the child an objective in life for either carrying out research or become a better creator. Make no error when buying your child a game for it might be very dangerous and affect that child and before it is realized, it might be too late for the harm must have already been done. Parents watch out on what type of game you buy for your children. Thanks.
