Why would an all powerful, all knowing, all loving creator 'want' to allow time travel? To want to travel through time we would have to be dissatisfied with something that happened in the past, we are mistrustful and worried about the happenings of the future or we are just curious.
If our reason is about changing something in the past that 'we' think was wrong, we have to say to God that He made a mistake. Putting our morality and wisdom above His. Or worse yet, that He had no control over the past and the future is not dependent on it. It's all an accident.
We would never be able to fully trust such a god.
If your reason is that you don't trust that the future will be to 'our' liking or that we need the knowledge to better live our life in this time, the answer would be the same. God is not stupid, He doesn't succumb to 'our' vision of what should or should not happen.
As for being just curious, all our questions will be answered when we reach heaven.
The Bible says that the potter has the power over the clay. He gathers the right ingredients, fashions it correctly to be the best it can be and cherishes it when it's done. Can our Heavenly Father who loves us with an infinite love (the master potter) do different?
