Best US companies to work for

It is difficult to tell which employers are "good" and "bad" by just reading articles and newspapers. I find that the criteria that those publishers use to rate a company are not always the same criteria that I would use as a prospective employee.
While those publishers look for how much the company makes and how their stocks look on the market, I am more concerned with how the company can work with me. I like to be able to have a rather flexible schedule, training, and I like for a company to be able work with my strengths and make me better.
I have found a great company that works well with me.
At AutoZone, the sky is the limit. As long as you are interested in something and have an aptitude for something you see in the company, you can learn it. When I started at AutoZone, nearly 2 years ago, I didn't know too much about how cars worked, but I wanted to know; now, I am rebuilding a motor in my own garage. Also, they will help you earn a national certification. One of their main focuses is to have two ASE certified Parts-Certified employees working in each store. If you pass a pre-test, they will pay the testing fee, so you can take the test for free. And if you don't pass the ASE test, no fear, you don't owe AutoZone any money at all!
Overall, I love to work here. As usual there are a few snags in any company, but they are rather negligible. Sometimes things get caught up and don't always get attention right away, but they always get attention in the end.
This company is great for me. It may not be great for everyone, but I like it. It works with my interest in cars and my desire to always have something to do while I'm at work.
