I can still remember the first time that I fell in love can you? With me it started back in elementary school with my best friend, now I will not say his name to avoid embarrassment . I did not know at the time that these feelings I was having was love but I just knew that every time he came around I felt like I had a stomach full of butterflies. I went through life not telling him how I actually felt suffering day in and day out. Even through high school I hide my feelings despite the matter. I shared in on his opinions and even his dating other women did it bother me yes it did. I kept in touch with my friend even after high school he went away to the military and I went off to college, on a weekend pass home I decided to meet him back in our hometown and have dinner. You have to realize it had been since 1989 since I saw him we met again in 1994. Yes that is quite sometime nevertheless we had dinner and caught up on old times, to my surprise he let me know that he has always been in love with me since that first time he saw me in the 5th grade and that he honored all of my opinions and forgave my mistakes. Do you know how bad i wanted to kill him over this I smiled like a little kid in a candy store. Well that was 13 yrs ago and today he is still my best friend except for he has a different title he is also my husband and the father of my three lovely children and yes i still ove him like the first time. I guess what i am trying to say is this please don't hide your feelings you see a closed mouth can not get fed, you need to speak the truth or tell how you feel no one has psychic powers were they can tell what you are thinking it's up to you to win the battle of love. I did and it let me continue to share life with my best friend. You are still my best friend and my lucky charm to this day !
