This has become a very tricky issue for the public to disseminate, mainly because of its emotive nature and the fact that the whole argument for climate change was never based on a scientific consensus, as we were led to believe. This might come as a complete shock to many concerned members of the public, but the entire movement has been based on what amounts to a doctored thesis on man-made global warming.

Contrary to what Al Gore claims and what many people still believe, there is no agreement or consensus by the world's scientific community in support of the theory of Man-Made Global Warming and Climate Change. Of 528 total papers submitted to the The International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) on climate change, only 38(7%) gave an explicit endorsement of the consensus. The final report was written entirely by politicians under the mandate of the UN, and the introduction and the summary of the IPCC's report actually had little input from actual scientists- all sections that were written by selected scientists were aptly edited to comply with the intended conclusions of the report. And this is what the whole Man-Made Climate Change philosophy is based on? Add to this the half-baked accountancy shell game known as "carbon credits" and you have yourself a recipe for corruption on a global scale.

The majority of people are well intentioned and concerned- genuinely wanting to contribute to making the planet a better place, but really have little or no clue as to how their good intentions are being cynically manipulated to hit at the already diminishing wealth of the middle and working classes. The issue has now been hijacked by our local and federal governments and corporate institutions whose main interest is not the environment or the saving this planet. Rather, the object of the public buying into the Global Warming philosophy is the introduction of hundreds of new taxes on fuel, housing, food and essential services in order to eliminate our(highly questionable) "carbon footprint". By giving the state new powers to tax its people at will, we have given this same state a solid control mechanism over our liberty, unknowingly allowing it to increase its control over how we live, where we live, what we do, where we go and even what we eat. People who still trust the platitudes of politicians and elitists who implore us to change our way of life will naturally get on board with the global warming religion. Powerful corporations are now training us to pay much higher
