i think that it is better to work for a large company as my partner work for a very small games company who cant even be bother paying him on time there is only about 6 people in the whole of the company as when u work for a large company u know who to go to if u don't get paid and they usually sort the problem out really quickly so u wont get any of the bank charges or the late payment as i know what it is like to be in a situation when the money do not go in your bank and u have 5 direct debits coming out and they charge u twenty five pound for each on and on top of the u have late payment on the bills to. So in one month u can work up a debt of about 200 pound and i mean lets face it who does not go to work for the money that is one of the reasons why i voting for a large business the other is in a small business there are only so many people u can go to with your problems what ever it may be and it always seem to be the talk of the business the next day even if it was sensitive.the other is u always have the risk of a small business going bust and if u haven't worked there for long enough you will not get a pay out and u will once again be left to find your own way with no job or no money i have had people tell me they do not go to work for the money it is because they love there job but at the end of the day if there was not a payment going in there bank at the end of the month they would not be there and they would go and work doing voluntary work
