I am a firm believer that the police are to blame. These police have gotten down right out of control. I understand they have to do their job but since when is their job to injure or kill another human being. Also, the majority of people stilling cars are underage teenagers who have issues at home or in society period. They have no direction so they get into trouble. They go and still a car "granted it's wrong" run from the police and the police fishtails the back end throwing the car into a pole killing a 14, 15 year old kid to me that is outrageous. Another scenario, A driver who is of age has warrants minor misdemeanor warrants but don't want to go to jail "can you blame him?" so he runs from the police not thinking clearly just thinking of freedom, the police hit him he hits 2 other cars injures or kills someone. When in all reality the police could have just followed him trust me he will eventually run out of gas. I believe from what I see during and after these chases "living in California you see alot" that the police enjoy crimes such as these afterwords they curse at the criminals sometimes physically hurt them then turn around and pat each other on the back. I thought they were to protect and serve what's so protecting when they are physically injuring people whether they are criminals or not. It's not their call on what's right or wrong that's up to a judge. Believe me prison is not no picnic it's punishment enough and they get their share of injuries in prison they don't need it on the streets to. I believe police get away with way to much just because they have a badge.
