As an Eagles fan I am ashamed that I am writing this, especially so early. The best team in the NFC is the Dallas Cowboys. They have an amazing offense lead by Tony Rommo, who will probably be compared to Joe Montana by the end of his career. He has the assistance of one of the best and wide outs in the game Terell Ownes. Together they look like Montana and Rice in their prime. They have put up more points in their first four games then any other Dallas team in the past.
If that was not enough a questionable defense has kept the Cowboys in every game. The Cowboys are just an all around solid football team that was seriously underrated at the beginning of the season.
The Cowboys who are off to a 4-0 start are playing in a week NFC East. The Eagles are starting their season with their worst start since Andy Reid's first year with the Philadelphia Eagles. The Redskins are an OK team but they are 2-2 and will only have about eight wins this season. The New York Giants although a long shot in the NFC could be the only team in the east to give them any competition because they have a solid defense and a decent offense. No one in the east can compete at the same level with them this year and it should be a cake walk into the championship game for the boys this year.
When they get their I expect them to be facing Bret Farve and the Greenbay Packers. They are the sleeper team this year. Could this be Bret's last year? If it is he will go out with a bang. He is playing like he is in his prime.
Too bad Eagles fans!
