Within each of us is our barely audible Soul - our ever prescient and discerning intuitive knower.
We are two very diverse energies. One is a Self and one is a Soul.
In childhood we are more cognizant of the Soul's presence. As we grow older, external energies and influences cloud that vision.
For most of us, it takes a little effort to listen to that inner Soul's wisdom. As we progress through life's endless decisions, too often we know what is right, but we take the path of expedience. The Self has needs after all, they must be met.
We attribute that Other feeling to Gut feeling or to a Higher Self. It is simply a powerful energy within us we call the Soul. It provides us with much, including consciousness, well before we are born. It can provide us with a little wisdom if we make the effort to listen.
Listening is only as difficult as blocking out noise. A moment of quiet meditation, then turning inward and letting the intuitive knower provide answers to questions large or small.
Our Souls are here experiencing the ego through our Selves. They need not be silent. The voyage here is a joint expedition. Inviting our Souls to guide us makes the journey so much easier. Our Souls have an unobstructed connection to the rest of the Universe. We can easily tap into that infinitely broad awareness. There's no magic here. Just simple practicality and common sense.
Our fears bring us the greatest harm. Listening to our Souls enables the evaporations of those fears, opening channels to individual and collective wellbeing.
We are all here seeking answers, but most of all, we are each one of us looking to comprehend and feel Love. Not Love of or by someone else, but Love in the pure sense and Love of ourselves.
Listening to our inner selves, to our Souls, brings us a little closer to that realization, and fills us with gratitude. From such a perspective, all decisions are easily made, and all decisions are sound.
If we all Listened, our Selves would always do the right thing right.
