You can achieve your goals and dreams if you discipline your mind to work in unison with the proven powers of the universe. Believe it or not, these universal powers are the key to success in every aspect of life. The best way of describing these powers is through the scientific principles of neutrons and electrons. Certain electrons will attract, while others will repel, and still others will have no effect. This type of universal law or relationship happens within the universe and the subconscious mind.
The way you live your life will clearly reveal what you continually dwell upon, what you wholeheartedly believe, and with what you associate intense emotion. The power to reach your goal is within you; it's inside your mind and spirit, the greatest powers ever to be created.
You have probably heard the saying, "Be careful what you wish for." This is good advice, since whatever your thoughts are intensely focused on will appear outwardly in your life. When you can control your thoughts while experiencing great emotion, and when you can concretely imagine for yourself the desired result with great clarity (imagine the sights, tastes, feelings and sounds of the goal being achieved), you can begin to achieve anything. You can truly harness the world, and your goals will materialize, if you follow the proven process.
How do you set out to reach your goals? There are three easy steps. First, you must write down your goals. There is true power in goal-setting; it's like having your own wizard at work. What do you want to accomplish? Group your goals into categories of short-range, medium-range, and long-range goals. Write down explicitly what you want, and make detailed plans of the steps that will lead to achieving your goals. Think of it as a to-do list with deadlines.
Secondly, expand your thinking. Believe that all your goals are obtainable. Use positive affirmations, repeating your goal in the present-tense; for instance, "I exercise, eat healthy foods, and weigh 175 pounds." Your thoughts and vision should be focused like a laser beam. These thoughts should cut through the clutter and doubts that interfere with a crystal-clear vision of the goal materializing in your mind. If you have limiting beliefs, such as "I'm not worthy," or "I'll always be fat or poor," no amount of goal-setting will overcome your subconscious negativity. Once this negativity is dispelled, your subconscious mind will accept without question what your conscious mind tells it and will work
