A vitamin a day keeps the doctor away!
Feeling tired, depressed or lack motivation or energy? Why not try a daily vitamin and mineral supplement to help keep away the blues!
In today's busy lifestyle, getting the proper nutrients is important. Eating on the go and making quick meals may mean you're not getting enough vitamin and minerals in your diet. If you don't have the proper amounts of vitamins and minerals in your diet you can start to feel ill. Common symptoms can be feelings of tiredness, lack of motivation, heavy limbs, anemia, colds, headaches, tingling feet and arms, depression and general lack of energy. In fact, in most health food shops and at your local GP they recommend doing a test to see if you're lacking in important vitamins and minerals.
Taking a daily multivitamin supplement which you can buy at almost any chemist or drugstore is usually recommended even if you have a normal healthy diet as it is difficult to keep track of what you're eating even if you eat well and are conscious of what kinds of foods you eat you still may not be getting enough proteins and nutrients. In fact in today's society even the environment can drain our bodies with toxins, chemicals, gas, petrol, diesel, viruses and illnesses constantly going round the air and being inhaled by us. If you don't have the right antibodies and enough proper nutrition your immune system can go down and you may be more susceptible to catching illnesses and other viruses.
Our bodies need to be balanced so that they can function properly. Without this proper balance things start to go wrong. Sports trainers and fitness enthusiasts almost always take some kind of vitamin and mineral supplements.
