Blackness abound
Then there was light
God looked around
Said "every thing's all right!"

Sun shone
Rain fell
Heaven opened
The Devil went to hell

Fire blazed
Brimstone burned
Eyes crazed
No lesson learned

The Devil was an Angel
No better than you or me
The Devil had some insight
And God set him free
The Devil has an angle
That you can believe
He's got plenty of tricks
Hiding up his sleeve

Son Rose
Rain fell
Heaven opened
Jesus hung by three nails

Tears blazed
Hearts burned
Blood flowed
Still no lessons learned
