What is really a health food? It is quite a stuff which is very stuff question to answer.
Isn't it so? Because health food may be nuts,grains,pulses,rice, wheat,fruits,vegetables and all health food like animal,poultry and sea-foods.My final view is that taste is an important factor besides its nutrition.Everyone on the Internet would be very ready to say about the nutritional value of health food.I don't think so.
For a simple reason, one find many kinds of apples in the fruit stall.Apples are really a nutritious health food.Then why is that one particular kind of apples are chosen. This is the taste of that apple which count for the case.
I cite another example which I hardly ever taste say,a chicken,I am quite sure,
that is quite a popular food around the globe.It may be very very hard to think for one to eat or live without this.But first let me say that taste around the chicken feast is not the same in every place around the world.If chicken alone give nutrition but not taste.Taste
outputs when ingredients are added to chicken to any method of cooking.Definitely there exists a myriad taste for the same chicken.I am not going to say that whether Indonesian , Indian,Chinese or Japanese and all European cooking styles fit the only taste.Now I will not argue that which taste would be better.But whenever we talk of food,our tongue involves predominantly for taste. Isn't it so?
In normal sense , nutrition is more important than taste for today's generation.But situation improves if the taste underplays on the health food.The nutrition increases with taste. The present day lifestyle meets the requirements of health food through the taste.
Let's think that we find in a situation as follows:
A says that this health food is tasty but nil or low nutrition value
B says that this health food is very nutritious but no taste.
C says that this health is very nutritious and tasty too.
Quite often, we find above examples many times at many places.Still I feel that taste is a factor which is misunderstood by almost everyone.
Everyday, we eat the health food for our general development of life,it's not the nutrition
that counts.Our taste buds desire some taste. If there is a taste, nutrition value increases.
If there is no taste in nutrition,the consumption of such health food will be very low.
But when we find C type of above examples,it is the taste which bridges in all health food.
For the same health food, nutrition may play a big role.It is the taste which is keeping everyone diversified for the same health food.Can there any health food be tasty without nutrition? This sounds very odd for me as health food are not without nutrition.
I will not close my eyes for any health food without finding the ways to make it tasty.
So my final vote is taste.
