Vietnamese cuisine offered an enormous of classy and cultured dishes in the history of foods. They combines the three elements from Chinese, Indian and French cuisines that made them more unique and chic.

4. Fruits such as Dragonfruit has an antioxidants to fight against body diseases, Durian fruits has a variety of nutrients such as potassium, Vitamin C, and fats. However, the smell is something you can't ignore, yet very nutritious fruits.
5. Vietnamese food is cooked with low in fat and calories. When they use oil, they will only take a little amount. They always prefer to prepare the food without a risk in the heart and the absence of cholesterol.
They make it sure that when they cook the vegetables and meat, the nutrients that is present in the food will retain and still tasty.
6. Vietnamese cooking promotes vitality and good life. The essential part of the Vietnamese cuisine is they considered cooking as healthy as it can be. They used herbs as one of a fighting mechanism to destroy toxins in the body.
7. It an help maintain good skin, smooth and free from blemishes. Since, Vietnamese cuisine is focus particularly on fruits, herbs and vegetables, it enables to develop and promote a healthy in the skin.
