Why bother managing a problem when a solution exists? You have a built in regeneration/healing system, it functions automatically with limited results. To achieve 100% effectiveness requires conscious control and cooperation
It starts with recognizing that pain is not a thing it's a signal. The only way to eliminate the generation of that signal is to fix the source problem.
Fixing the problem is a two step process; step one is acquiring an accurate description of the generating source, step two applying that information.
In the case of trauma injuries the signals generated are holographic in nature and contain a priority indicator, location and a three dimensional color picture of the site. The major drawback of this process is the priority indicator, it is normally described as pain. At peak intensity the sensation experienced is equivalent to 220 volts of electricity. I cut a live wire at work once and have fixed a number of injuries so I'm in a position to make that comparison
Step one requires an active discomfort signal or the absence of a signal where one should be. When an active signal arrives in your brain it would normally be processed in the feeling module. You then know where the problem is and that it hurts. Take a deep breath, close your eyes and during the exhale relax while focusing all your attention on that signal. Use that intense ouch as a guide and route the signal to the visual cortex, literally seeing the damage. Once this picture is acquired step two is possible. The absence of a signal is treated like a jigsaw puzzle, you define the missing piece by the surrounding tissue.
Step two is a lot like playing a video game in your head. If the cables/muscles are cut find the ends and realign them. If the ends are brought together and are aligned they will automatically fuse together/heal.
Encoded with in your DNA is a complete set of blueprints down to the molecular level. Want a new/replacement body part? Define it and the location where it's needed, then command it to grow. For practice command your finger to scratch your nose. The systems used to grow new parts are the same ones you use to scratch.
Before I figured this out I know four things for certain. One-I was in serious need of repairs. Two-extraordinary healing was possible using prayer and force of will. Three-nobody had described how on a physiological level those phenomena worked. Four-both process's started/operated using mechanisms contained within the human skull.
So I sat down and started exploring my brain, it's not fun or pleasant but it works.
