Assessing the possibility of predicting the future

Can we assess the possibility of predicting the future? I believe that depends who you are talking with. Some people believe, others don't, while some want to. Personally, I have no choice not to believe. Since the age of three years old I wanted out of my body, because I didn't have one.(Remember these are the thoughts of a three year old)I was constricted and confined in my movement, and I didn't like the feeling. I knew why I was here and who I was, also where I came from. I always knew when people needed help, including what kind. Walking past someone or in proximity of, I would know the persons feelings, hurts, needs. As a young child I told anyone who would listen, including my friends,(of which I didn't have many, for some weird reason)what was going to happen in the future. I see things before they happen. I saw the planes flying three months before it happened.(Yes, I told someone, a friend in the Sheriffs Dept. whom I work with. Only he and a few others, including his superior know who I am. I do not seek fame or money)I have always known before someone close to me was going to die.(Yes, I've told other people before the fact)I know when there's danger and when my family needs help. I knew what each of my four kids were, even when the Doctors disagreed.I could write a book about this question, for this is as natural to me as breathing is to others. I use to hate it when I was younger, if I were to lose all of my extra senses that God gave me I would not know how to function. My children were born with it, also all of my grandchildren. Many times several of us will say together, "Move that now for I see it falling". Interesting, some would say, others scoff. To us it is totally normal.(The times the objects were not moved they fell)Years ago when I was divorced, I kept asking God to let me meet the person I was supposed to be with for the rest of my life. Five years later, I was at a low point in my life and again asked God to let me meet this man. To give me a sign that this was the one,(on several occasions I had been warned in different ways to stay away from people or places for there was grave danger if I didn't listen, once I tried to stretch out my timing and almost got raped and killed). This one time I wanted the opposite kind of sign, a positively good and correct sign, also recognition. A few weeks later I had a dream with a man in it. I felt what he was feeling, which were the same emotions I was feeling. He was empty, alone, depressed,
