Instead of thinking that the world is getting worse, let us learn to have a SHARED VISION OF A BETTER WORLD. As we get through the events, news and people that shaped our world, let us try to have a measured good PERFORMANCE to achieve the kind of life we want to sustain. This is not impossible if we are living with GOD'S GUIDELINES. Indeed, we have to create a SENSE OF BALANCE among all the aspects of the world we live in

ENVIRONMENTAL ASPECT: As God created the heavens and the earth, we as humans are accounted to have dominion over them. We should protect our nature, we have rights to explore & enjoy the good creations of God: the animals, rivers, trees, etc. Lets take good care of the earth & HEAL THE WORLD!

ECONOMIC ASPECT: In the event now that we are facing economic crisis, we should find ways to have smooth operations of transactions: fair labor & wage, moderate spending, learning to save. Instead of complaining and thinking that we cannot overcome crisis, we should have economic justice and strive for peace for other nations. Asking and letting them help us is not a bad idea. As we try to equitably share the resources of the earth, let us also share ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD.

POLITICAL ASPECT: Across the great divideNorth, East, West, South We have different leaders. Leaders must take control but not abuse their power and authority in leading nations. They should promote the common good and be responsible for their people. We citizens should exercise the right to VOTE WISELY for credible leaders that would PUT THE GOOD STUFF IN.

SOCIAL ASPECT: We can establish fruitful relationships among others by promoting love and justice for the society. Let us value our culture, maintain friendships, enjoy quality time with family, respect the people we associate with: schoolmates, co-workers, etc. Let us exchange views, share opinions, promote our rights, hear others, and PICTURE OURSELVES IN A LASTING PARTNERSHIP with others.

TECHNOLOGICAL ASPECT: Even though there are lots of technological developments happening in our world, we must try to make use of these inventions very well. We are not against hi-tech facilities but we should not over-use it. Cellphones are used for efficient communication, DVD players, Karaoke, & TVs provide entertainment for enjoyment of life. Let us have broad understandings for positive outlooks on handling these gadgets which purpose is to help us. Just USE, Don't ABUSE.

PERSONAL ASPECT: Each of us must establish a personal relationship with God. But we should also consider the kids in our family or community. As early as they are little children, we as grown-ups must put effort to teach them to be good. Let us guide them to the right path, by teaching them how to pray, sharing them Bible stories. We should serve as role model for the younger generations. Through these ways, they will grow being responsible citizens.

SPIRITUAL ASPECT: I believe that spiritual growth is an essential priority of our lives. Our LORD above HAS THE WORLD IN HIS HANDS. If man had used his gift of free choice to choose for God, life on earth would have been a perfect existence.

In conclusion, to promote a better world, let us consider that every aspect mentioned above is important. Our world subsists wherein every part has its purpose. Every empty or incomplete space needs to be filled up or repaired. And we can do this by starting to improve our own lives. Our own contributions, even small ones can make a difference in this world to make things greater and better.
