Boom-boom, Boom-boom,
My heart beats like a drum,
Pumping the cold blood through my veins,
I can feel the life running through my body
But the blood is not what lets me live,
It is the love found within my heart,
The love for my friends and family,
The love for life itself,
The love for God
Boom-boom, Boom-boom,
The heart never stops beating,
For your soul will never stop loving,
A soul with no love,
Is a corpse without life
Every day i see the little miracles of life,
The birds singing,
The sunlight spread over the land like a warm blanket,
And with every breath that i take in,
I thank God for this wonderful gift
