Many of the goods we buy and use can be recycled. Craft projects from recycled goods are one great way of ensuring that our limited natural resources are optimally used. God Almighty has created materials to be recycled in abundant ways, if we would think a little deeper. Take a look around, and ideas would surely spin around us. Here are some tips to great craft projects from recycled goods.
Craft Projects from Recycled Paper Goods:
Make cute puppets from used and clean take-away paper carriers. Draw or attach facial features and you have a simple puppet. When I was a nave six year old, I was so captivated by the beautiful talking bag my kindergarten teacher had that I always imagined my teacher to be some witch! I did not know what ventriloquists could do back then.
Tissue boxes, fruit and egg cartons make great containers for small items. Cut off the top of boxes, glue on strips of colored paper that are cut out from old magazines or used gift wrappers. Reinforce the edges with good quality tape and you have containers that last you years! Your storeroom can be cheerfully decorated with cardboard boxes wrapped in good quality wrapper. If you are nuts over Paper Mache, churned out masks, trinket baskets, pot mats, tissue boxes and whatever you can think of. Paper Mache is a great way of saving on Pinatas.
Craft Projects from Recycled Cloth Goods

You are probably wishing you had kept your faded and torn jeans from college days, passed them on to your teenagers and saved yourself a few tens!
Before retailed clothes for Barbie dolls were the craze, your parents were probably already reusing cloth from your old clothes to make clothes for your dolls and a matching quilt bag to carry them around! Beautiful quilt blankets and carriers for water bottles out of scraps of cloth left over from new or old clothes. How do you make good use of an old or torn T-shirt? Make clothes from the T-shirt for dolls, make small cushions or pin cushions and even rag dolls. Cut the T-shirt into thin strips and crochet into rugs and floor mats.
Craft Projects from Recycled Woollen Goods
In the days when woollen coats were in high fashion and some of you were little monkeys, your resourceful nanny would probably have crocheted flowers
