Yes there will always be differences in intelligence between the races. For the simple fact that the intelligence test or tests are biased towards the race that designed the tests. All intelligence tests are culturally biased. If a intelligence test was designed in Africa and administered to Americans the results would be lots of Americans doing very poorly on the tests. Intelligence test are designed to see how much one remembered from their schooling or educational background. Obviously, if one had many years of schooling in all the standard disciplines then that person would do quite well. There is always comparisons between Blacks and Whites in the USA on intelligence tests without taking into consideration culture, length of schooling and income. I never understand the reason for such biased tests unless one has a hidden agenda.

Instead of focusing on intelligence test the powers that be should focused on emotional intelligence. Again there will be differences between the races but how does one interpret the results. Remember tests are only to test ones memory on particular subjects that one has been exposed to. If one is not taught in the subjects then that person would do poorly on the test,and his or her, regardless of race. Thus all races do function differently on intelligence test for the simple reason that the intelligence test is designed for one particular race.
