So you have started your own business - congratulations! Now you have the challenging task of growing and managing this business. Surely, you have the expertise in the chosen theme of your business, but even more importantly, do you have the skills and experience necessary to properly and efficiently manage the day to day operations?
In this day and age, it is sometimes hard for the small business to stay afloat. It becomes harder and harder to collect the outstanding receivables causing a cash flow issue. Before you know it, the payables are past due, it becomes harder and harder to find the cash needed to cover the weekly payroll, and possibly, there is an outstanding tax liability the the IRS is trying to collect.
