The lights are on but no one is home
A lovely, empty mind.
She gave him love, he gave her hell,
Now she rocks all the time.
The drool runs down her lovely chin,
Her voice warbles in song,
The words are simple cause she sings
And says them all day long.
Bare skinned in chair, no mind is there,
She lost it when one night
She rocked on her damned lover
And he dropped dead as tight
He was en-clutched in her arms
Wanting more of her charms
His heart just stopped, he died.
A lovely, empty mind.

Empty minds filled with paper.
Eyes Grey as stone stare off,
Facing a wall of old newsprint.
Touching only the chilling cement,
Breaking
A dark black space with no end in sight,
Why can't I wake up and turn on the light?
Muffled noises which I can't really hear,
What
I hear nothing.
The silence surrounds me.
I feel numb.
My head is empty.
I do not think.
It hurts too much.
I stare in space.
