When discussing whether cellular phones keep us more connected, the answer is definitely, however they also allow us to be more isolated from the world. While isolation may sometimes occur, cell phones are still one of the easiest ways to stay connected to the ones you love.Through this technology we can reach out to friends, family and associates all over the world, you can literally reach out and touch someone. No more are we a slave to finding a pay phone to make long distance calls or paying the high cost of having a house phone (land line). A person can speak to their sister or brother in another country and pay only one flat rate for the call. You may also three way friends from other states and share times with them in a group setting.

In addition, to being able to reach your friends and families in other states, you can also share pictures if you purchase a cell phone that has these capabilities. You can have your children send you pictures of your grandchildren, that way you do not miss one second of their growing up. Every funny moment is captured for you to relive, right from you cellular phone. You also can take a video of those moments in some cases so that you can play them back and relive them. If you have a computer that prints pictures, you can send the pictures from the telephone to the computer and print out those pictures so that you can look at them whenever you want or share them with friends.

When you have a cell phone, you will feel safer when you leave home or in times of emergency because you will be able to be reached by friends and family when something happens. If your child gets sick in school, you are only a telephone call away, if you are stranded you can call the police, who can simply track your phone from the satellite and find you where ever you may be, so that help can be on the way and you don't have to fear not getting home safely.

Some cellular phones have Internet and email service for their users, this way you can check your mail, conduct your business and even order flowers for your mom all from your phone, You can ask questions and get the answer, you can get directions on your Internet GPS system, and you can play games and watch videos. Your cell phone will keep you connected to the world, keep you safe and make your life a little easier.
