issues, such as Los Alamitos, CA resident Sandra Griego. Griego, a 42-year-old flight attendant for Delta Airlines, initially sought out Edrich to help her with nutrition. Over the past 12 years, Griego said she has developed various problems, such as headaches, backaches and digestive disorders. Edrich has treated her with a combination of chiropractic, herbs, cranial adjustments and Meridian Micro Point Therapy.

"If I wasn't under Dr. Edrich's care, I don't know if I would have been able to continue flying," said Griego. "My job takes a toll on my body and I've had all kinds of aches and pains. But it's amazing how whenever I go to see him, I walk out of his office feeling like a whole new person."

Edrich said his mission is to support as many people as possible in their desire to attain optimum health using proven holistic treatments. In working with his client's five body systems, he aims to bring their body in balance, as well as educate them about natural therapies and their effectiveness.

On one's first visit to Holistic Health Solutions, they will undergo a comprehensive evaluation of their overall health, Edrich said. Patients are asked to fill out a detailed questionnaire identifying any symptoms they are experiencing. They also undergo examinations to check posture, reflexes, pain, symptoms and toxins in the body.

Additionally, patients are tested for bones that do not move correctly, as well as weak muscles. Edrich said he can determine which herbs will help a person by having them hold the herb while testing their muscle strength.

"Unless we test all of these areas, we cannot correctly determine where a problem lies," said Edrich. "But once we do find the root of an illness, we can begin utilizing natural healing methods to correct it.

"The goal is to try to remove or reduce all of the causes of a health problem instead of just treating the symptom. And further, I teach my patients to do many of the therapies at home so they can maintain their results. The coolest thing about all of this is helping others realize they have the power to control their health and well-being."
