Job outsourcing: Problem or solution

Job outsourcing is fine for some things but it has become a problem for the U.S. because we now have become accustom to cheap labor, and American business' are all to happy with the idea of paying as little for labor as possible.

American companies are doing very little to keep their business' in the states anymore, the other day several overseas business' bought into about six more American business's, in ten years, we will have no American business' in the states. The day is coming when walmart pacts up shop and permanently goes overseas.

Americans can not compete in the job market anymore, you will never get an American to work for .70 cents a day. How do we compete in the technology Field, when you can pay someone from another country $12,000 a year as a programmer to come to the U.S. and work? We will never be able to compete against that.

Our government thinks that our minimal wage is good, and U.S. employers think that if you are making $8.25 an hour, that you are over paid. The cost of living in America is becoming expensive, a person can not go to the movies without spending $15 dollars minimum, a single person can spend at least $55 dollars a week for food, that will last about five days.

There are no businesses that you can call today, where if you need customer service, that you have a 98% percent chance of speaking to another American, it takes three times longer to answer a customer service question now a days because you are talking to someone overseas, that is not the problem, the problem is, there is a language barrier, and it is very frustrating.

Outsourcing at one time seem like a good idea but as long as we continue to use outsourcing for everything, we are going to cripple our economy. I do not think that the people that are allowing our American business' to be sold, are thinking long term.

If we sell our business to oversea business'. than we are taking our American values, and we are letting them be converted over to their ways of doing business, if the U.S. continues to do what they are doing by selling off American business', and outsourcing everything, than it is not going to be to many more years, when we will be asking someone how to pronounce the business managers name because all the American business managers will be gone.
