Shopping is another fun activity either apres ski or as a substitute to the mountain. Beaver Creek Village was designed so that everything can be accessed on foot. All the paved area within the village are snowmelted - no slipping on ice - and the different levels can be reached via escalator. Gorsuch is THE ultimate shoppers paradise with beautiful clothing, skiwear, and home furnishings.

If you're looking for entertainment beyond the traditional apres ski, the Vilar Center is the cultural epicenter of Beaver Creek and the entire Vail Valley. Hosting nationally and internationally recognized talent, there is something for almost everyone from dance to comedy to musical performances. Beaver Creek is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway or for a family vacation. For those who have never skied or want to be better there is the Vail and Beaver Creek Ski School available to teach both skiing and snowboarding. Children and adults can enjoy all day group lessons and private lessons are available for individuals or up to six people for both adults and children.
