Kissing up to the boss to get a head is not the answer. Today in American as well as in American Schools the prodigious population considers sucking up or kissing up to your boss or your teachers. Either to Earn more money or a higher position in the company. Even as simple as are younger generation forcing themselves to conform to the population trying to kiss up to teachers to get a grade.

The problem between kissing up and doing the job the right way. We all should know that to succeed in a corporation you have to know what you are doing you need a degree, they hired you to make money and if you are just sucking up and not doing your job either your boss or a boss above him will fire you. Its a fact. Their is always somebody above your boss remember that.

With many years of schooling i have found that some educators actually are annoyed with people that try to kiss up to them. For example. Once in ninth grade in my World Civilizations class we were discussing the positions of the Upper and Lower Egypt. During this interaction between the class and myself a young man my age who has been sucking up for weeks. You know giving the teachers drinks, talking about sports, and even going to his House many times on the weekend to help him out because he was moving. Well what turned out to be was that when he stepped into the class room late as always my educator finally got so angry he literally kicked him out of the class. A few days passed and he finally was back to school, and we found out he was suspended and he had to take the class all over again the following year.

Problems that could arise are sexually related attitudes that could come in to the work place, between your Boss and you the employee. Employer and Employee should not mix you need to stay on a work name basis. It is a prov-in fact that when you start to kissing up to your boss you have to flirt in some way which may give the Employer the wrong idea.

Their could also be a miss judgment between thinking that your boss likes you and actually acting like it around the office. For instance tardiness or not completing assignments you could be miss judged and end up with out a job.

I would just like to encourage all of you to treat your boss fairly and not creating special relation ships between the boss and the employee. Also I would like to say that I think we need to go to college and prepare are self's for a job or career that we have to work at and not try these minor attributes to try and get a head in the business.
