Poetry: On love

we all seem, to chase a dream and
take what we have got for granted
so look at your life, friends and family
what they see and desire, and tell them so

there is one thing i would want to know is that
never say you love me if you really don't care.
Never talk about feelings if they aren't really there.
Never hold my hand if you intend to walk away.
Never say you're here for me if you're gone the very next day.
Never look into my eyes if all you do is lie.
Never say forever 'cause forever makes me cry',
though miles may lie between us, we're never far apart,
for friendship doesn't count the miles,
the hours or when to start
also know that no distance of place or lapse of time
can lessen the friendship of those
who are thoroughly persuaded of each other's worth
and also the purity and trueness of love through a relationship
far passes that of one based on physical contact,

So now you know, what makes me so
for love of friends, never ends, it is there for life
so don't delay, just go ahead and say
what you feel for whom you love...............
