Discussion: Forcing children to recite the Pledge of Allegiance

America has been said to be a "Corrupt, War Machine". First of all we are the most generous Nation on this earth and go to war to protect citizens from Corrupt War Machines!

I am a very patriotic person. The American Flag flies proudly before my home. With such an ungrateful society that we live in, I wonder how long I'll be able to fly My Flag.

So should children be forced to recite the Pledge of Allegiance? If parents taught their children respect, honor, dignity, discipline and loyalty we wouldn't have to be answering this silly question. Have you ever wondered why we have so much violence in our schools? It's because of the way so many children are being raised or half raised for that matter. Children are not being disciplined at home and are not being taught any morals or values. They are taught to come crying to mommy and daddy whenever they don't get their way. Then we have the other group that have no boundaries or supervision that just resort to shooting the school up. Our teachers hands are tied behind there back, for fear of this Liberal Society we are living in. We are lucky to even have teachers anymore. Lord knows I couldn't do it.

Listen people, we may not all agree on the way our country is going, but know this, YOU ARE LIVING IN THE GREATEST NATION ON EARTH! Millions of People are sneaking into this country daily to work and live here. Why is that? Because there is no better place than America.

How about this idea. If America is so "Corrupt" and a "War Machine", then LEAVE! If you can not stand up and Pledge Allegiance to A Flag, that so many brave and honorable people fought and died for then you do not deserve to live here! So many smart people built this Great Country that we live in, yet some think they are so smart and will sit during the Pledge of Allegiance.

A great reality show would be for those that do not have enough honor to salute our flag, then they would be shipped off to a third world or communist country for a year. What do you bet within a month these ungrateful individuals would be begging to be let back into The GREAT, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! Have a some respect and HONOR people! And teach it to your kids too, before it's to late!
