ARUGULA SHOOTER, who ever said that eating your veggies was not fun.

This shooter is so unique, so very unusual and so very tasty. Your friends will be hounding you for the recipe. Share it, if you must.
The shooter can also be made for the kids, if you leave out the alcohol, I tell them it is some weird and wonderful potion that was concocted by a great culinary wizard. They believe it.
Once the cocktail is made it is just a most beautiful green that attracts so much attention and you of course will be the hit of the party with this odd mixture.
So here it is Shhhhhhhhh, it's a secret.

2 cups of fresh arugula leaves make sure to leave out the stems.
1 cup of ginger ale, make it diet ginger ale less calories
2 cups of Lemon Sorbet, ( no lactose please) choose a good quality sorbet
Vodka at your discretion ( leave out the Vodka for the kids)

Place all the ingredients in a Blender making sure that it becomes one homogeneous
liquid mixture. Place in pre-iced shot glasses or martini glasses, serve immediately.
Add Vodka to taste.

A so very cool drink for those hot summer days when you want to impress your family and friends, but also great to make yourself feel extra special.
