Actually, what little time O.J. spends in jail prior to his posting bail will likely be it. Why should his violations this time around be any different than in the past? After all, many of us believe that O.J. got by with murder.

As before, he probably won't be convicted. Already his layer said on Larry King Live that the prosecution's case will crumble. He should know what he is and isn't up against with his famous client. Even if he goes to court on the matter, he'll probably get another jury he can charm with his smirks and gestures.

When I hear all his charges, even kidnapping along with armed robbery, I have to shake my head in disgust. Yeah, he could be put away for life. Sure. What a joke.

What is it about O.J. that some people just can't seem to get enough of. Damned, I covered murder trials for a newspaper in Brooksville, FL, for about four years and I only know of one acquittal. And with that case, the murder had occurred seven years prior and what little evidence the prosecution found was circumstantial.

Well, we saw the evidence presented to the jury when O.J. was being tried for murder. Let's face it, DNA has convicted and cleared numerous murder suspects. Only with O.J. has such evidence been treated as non-efficient.

Will O.J. go to jail this time? I seriously doubt it.
