require contact information in your Account Settings page when you request a payment from Helium. This information will assist us in helping you if a payment problem occurs. Add this information in the "Account Settings" link in the left navigation in My Helium pages. You can also check the box here to show your city, state and country on your About Me page under My Info.)

4. Writers List: Here you can link to the other writers you know and like on Helium. To add a link to a writer, visit the About Me page. There you can click the icon with the plus sign ("Add to favorites" icon) in their My Info box. You can delete a favorite writer by clicking on "remove" below the writer's name in your Writers List on your About Me page.

The new Articles view on About Me includes ways to sort information:

1. The Articles By section includes your most recent articles at the top of the list.

2. A new Recent Articles section can be found under your personal information on the right side of the page.

3. A new My Channels area, below your Recent Articles, displays how many articles you have in each channel. Click on a channel name and only your articles within that channel will appear in your Articles By section.

IMPROVED MY ARTICLES PAGE

Your My Articles page is your online tool for managing your submissions. It now allows you to: Search within your own article list - remember that you wrote on viruses in the Earth's ecosystem, but not sure what the title was? Enter "viruses in the Earth's ecosystem" in the search box and there it is.

You can also filter your article list by article status, and sort alphabetically by channel and by creation date.

NEW LOOK FOR THE WRITE PAGE

The "Write" button on the horizontal navigation bar now takes you to a page of options for writing on Helium. If you want to jump into the write process, click the "Just Write" link in the box in the lower left-hand corner.

HELPFUL REMINDERS IN THE WRITE FLOW

We've heard your pleas for help all those times you've lost an article to the mysterious Bermuda Triangle of Helium. Now a pop-up window will appear if you are about to close your browser or if you select a navigation item on the page that will take you to another page - and lose your article. The pop-up window asks if you're sure you want navigate away and lose all your changes ("OK") or if you do not want to leave the Write flow and want to return to your article ("Cancel").

As always, we strongly recommend that you write your Helium article in Word or another
