Can we really communicate with spirits

I was contemplating so deeply whether or not we really can communicate with spirits that I nearly fell asleep, though I suppose it could be better described as hitting a transitive state. While in this state of near slumber, a voice I recognized from previous encounters came to me. The voice claims to be Albert Einstein. He tells me that he visits because I believe, and I listen to him. He says that many people will not listen to him, and many who will listen do not understand what he says.

I asked him, only in my mind, of course, why people doubt the ability to talk to spirits. He told me that it is only in the deep belief that it is possible that it truly is possible. He went on telling me that even amongst those who believe, he has difficulty communicating with most people who are in touch with the spirit world because most of those people are indiscriminate with the spirits they seek.

It seems to him that people are unable to interpret messages from spirits because they are using that creativity to interpret what is meant by words which should not need interpreting. We accept words for what they mean today in slang and connotative senses; however, spirits worth communicating with do not speak that language.

I asked him how it is that I am able to reach him. He told me that the answer is universal laws apply to everything in the universe. Those words are out there, as are our spirits. "Is it through time or space," I questioned? "What is the difference," he asked?

Words, like everything in the universe, are affected by gravity. The words spoken seldom, like the words of Jesus Christ, Saint Vincent de Paul, and Jonathan Swift, rise above the waves of words spoken commonly. Those waves become heavy through grave thought, amassing into common knowledge or common thought.

In life, he suggested, we are to think about things, speak clearly, and not waste time listening to people explain why they did not mean what they said. Eyes and ears are filters. Vision is that on which our senses and imaginations congregate. Vision can be used beyond the filters so that we may see that which is invisible, and hear that which is not spoken but is known by those who seek the waves that have risen from the grave thoughts of common spirits.

I awoke more enlightened not only how to speak to spirits, but how to identify the spirits to which it is truly worth communicating! The universe is so vast, and everything that has ever happened in it still exists in one
