Forgiveness Forever

If there is a person or situation that I've been unable to forgive, I let those thoughts and resulting feelings go now. If they return, I release them again. If they return two hundred times, I release them two hundred times. If the situation calls for some action on my part, I do so calmly and respectfully while continuing to release the hurt.

It doesn't matter how outraging the circumstances were. I relinquish them. It doesn't matter how utterly justified I've been in feeling as I have. I let it go.

When I harbor a grudge, I create an actual blockage in my physical and emotional being-an area where Source energy cannot flow in its natural way. Over a period of time, that blockage can lead to weakness and illness. I adamantly refuse to set myself up for that.

As I turn away from hostile remembrance, I am soothed by cool fountains of serenity. I become a role model for peace, and I contribute peace to a deeply grateful planet.
