Wow okay like this question is that hard! Really all you have to do is make sure you've known these people that you've made part of your band for forever! But that's not all you have to do. You can't just start ordering them around and stuff like that. You have to treat them fairly. You also have to make sure that the people that you pick will actually work on the music and not just sit there doing nothing. That is what gets some the bands today. They are just too darn lazy! But anyway, like i was saying, you also have to make sure they are capable to do live shows and other physically demanding stuff like that. Otherwise you may end up with a dead musician or at the least injured which will minus you a band member. You need to have a good singer in your band too. A bad singer will get you nowhere. And while we're on the topic of good singing you also need to think about your vocal range. You don't want to have a note that you can't hit up there and it sound really bad in the end. And you also need to make sure your band members can play the instruments that you need to make your music...That is common sense actually so i probably didn't need to tell you that. Well that's all i got it's up to you now!
