Adult acne: Understanding the differences from teen acne

What differences? Adult acne has the same impact on an individual in any stage of life. It hurts, it is embarrassing, it is hard to prevent and it makesb you want to just cry. While as an adult, you may be able to deal with it a little differently, it is still just as much of a problem as it was when you were a teenager and on into each phase of your life. I now know a little more about how to work with it, but it still is a burden. Over the years you learn more about your body. You learn and become accustom to what works for you as an individual. I wash my face with medications either prescribed or over the counter. I do not take antibiotics any longer because they cause other problems. I also have learned over the years that the acne is caused by bacteria. If you can prevent the bacteria from living on your face or body, you may have found the solution. The one thing that has changed for me is I discovered Dr Tichenors. And if I splash a little on my face after washing, it tends to do a remarkable job of removing and then preventing the bacteria. And guess what, I don't have breakouts. Dr Tichenors is an amazing remedy for anything with regards to bacteria. Try it, it is one of those things on the market that has been around for years, but not many are aware of it or its healing potential. Amazing, yes! And it is a mouthwash.
