Adult acne is worse than teen acne. For a teen its far more natural a phenomenon, for adults its not. The keyword here is ofcourse hormonal changes in case of both.
Whatever stage you are in your life, you can follow some simple steps to reduce your acne dramatically.
Acne in teenagers is due to the complex process of adolescence which stimulates the release of many different hormones, whereas, the acne in adults can be due to a lot of reasons including stress, food habits, cleanliness, personal hygiene, chronic constipation etc. There is no valid scientific relationship between acne and masturbation or sex.
You cannot do anything about hormones, which are a part of your body's natural process. But, you can inculcate some good habits. Try to avoid junk food as much as possible and include fresh and green leafy vegetables in your diet. Clean your face everyday before going to bed using a mild soap and take good care of your genitals.
Medication that can really be beneficial is Benzoyl Peroxide'. Also, applying chilled rose water on the face can decrease pores and prevent acne.
