When George W. Bush leaves the presidency: What will he do?

"What will George do?" This is the question on everyone's mind, and frankly, we are all very worried for him. It's not clear yet, after eight years in office, exactly what his core skills actually are, but rest assured there are a number of safe Boardroom positions within the military industrial defense area(or maybe inside his Father's company tree) waiting for him on the outside. George is a serious global player now, so don't expect his father to buy him some old baseball team this time.

Experts are speculating about a number of positive careers moves for George. There is mention of him returning to flight school to finish his qualifications and even talk of returning to Yale to receive an honorary doctorate(in what subject exactly, we're not yet sure). Public speaking is a big area to look at, already invitations are flooding in. As soon as his golden parachute is deployed, look for George golf club near you, or at an 'End of Times' conservative church congregation somewhere in the Bible Belt. Few would argue that he will be a serious challenger for head of the Federal Reserve or even the World Bank, as few can match his abilities as a big-time strategist or a money man. He could even be a ladder-day Jimmy Carter and lobby the world's trouble spots with his skillful diplomacy, finding peaceful solutions- perhaps a Nobel Prize could be arranged? Indeed, for our George W, the sky is really the limit.

And then there's the Presidential Library. Now here is a seriously interesting proposition. How better to honor an intellectual giant like our legendary President GW Bush? This will be the house of knowledge that George built, and will showcase many of the cutting edge programs he has shepherded over during his tenure in America's top office. The highlight of George's temple of learning will most likely be some homage to his 'Total Information Awareness' network, a wing which could be dedicated by Iran-Contra veteran and ex-con, and friend of Oliver North, Mr John Poindexter, and will house an acre of Tera-byte servers with NSA Spying data including yours and my emails, phone calls, mp3's and most frequently visited websites- so much information! The basement could be a mock-command bunker, dedicated to his political co-pilot and all-round fun guy, Vice President Dick Cheney. No doubt this building will a big hit with older and young neo-conservatives alike... for years to come.

One thing is for sure though, lots of money will be made off George's image. He makes us laugh, he makes us cry, but for most of us, he just puzzles the mind. His face will probably appear on T-shirts, bumper stickers, adverts, rubber masks and posters everywhere, finally cementing his legacy as a comical character- loved for his comical ignorance... but also feared for that very same reason. Looking back, it really does buggle the mind.

Oh, and the bracelet, something like, "W.W.D.D."... "What Would Daddy Do?"

The sky's the limit.
