When I first started with Review Stream a little over 6 months ago, I averaged about a dollar a review. Basically I wrote 50 reviews, got my 50 bucks. They were fairly short and overall it wasn't too bad. I made $100 in pretty short order. These were short reviews, a handful of sentences. They do pay, that is for sure.
The hardest part after my initial run was trying to figure out things to review. Others here have made similar observations, but now there are more difficulties, for example the minimum lengths. I am not sure exactly what they are, but I was having reviews 500+ words being told they did not meet the minimum length. That is about 2 pages double spaced, so basically I was getting paid 20 cents a page. Not worth it.
Now I am just writing whenever I feel like it until I get my next (and final) $50. I have $20 to go. If you have a lot of things to review and don't mind shelling out 500+ words for $0.40 its not bad, they do pay.
