Not yet, but then I only submitted my first review yesterday. I joined on the recommendation of a friend (a real life friend, not an internet one) after she showed me her first $50 (£28.15) PayPal credit she'd requested from ReviewStream after about four weeks' membership. She submitted an average of one article a day, of which around three-quarters were paid $2 and the rest $0.40-$1.
To be successful at a site like RS, I think you need:
1. An excellent command of English, including an engaging style.
2. A wide variety of experiences to write about (at first).
3. The ability to find a sought after niche (having built up a following).
4. Hard work and patience: to practise writing, seek and accept criticism, learn from others and build up a reputaion.
5. Given the above four points, you have to approach it as a job, not a get rich quick scheme.
